After completing a successful and much hailed Off-Broadway run, Bronx Bombers will make its Broadway debut for a closed ended engagement. The play centers on the iconic baseball player Yogi Berra and his wife Carmen. Along with their engaging story, the play sheds light on the gleaming history of The Yankees and pays homage to some of their most popular heroes. It also enlightens the audiences with the inner values of the team that drive them to remain a significant player on the national baseball scene. The cast and creative team of Bronx Bombers include some of the most revered actors and theater personnel. Eric Simonson serves as the writer and director of the play.
