The Bluejays have had quite a lot of success over the years but there is always room for improvement. In the competitive world of sports, the Bluejays will need to make their presence felt. Men’s Basketball

Men’s basketball became a part of the Creighton University’s athletics community for the first time in the year 1916. Tommy Mills was appointed as their first coach to lay the foundations of a program that has achieved considerable success since then. The Bluejays have clinched the regular season conference title on nineteen occasions on their way to winning the conference tournament twelve times.  They have also made it to the NCAA Tournament eighteen times to solidify their status as one of the biggest names in men’s basketball in the country.

Baseball

The Creighton Bluejays baseball program has really stepped up to the mark in recent years. The sport has brought their way two regular season Missouri Valley Conference titles and three MVC Tournament crowns. They have also appeared in the College World Series once while going all the way to play in the NCAA Regionals ten times.

Men’s Soccer

The Creighton Bluejays have one of the best soccer programs in the country right now. They have won the regular season conference title twelve times and have lifted the conference tournament on another thirteen occasions. The Bluejays men’s soccer teams have also made it to the NCAA Tournament thirty one times. They have also qualified for the College Cup five times to cement their place among the most famous soccer collegiate level soccer programs on the circuit today.

The Creighton Bluejays Women’s Legacy

The Creighton Bluejays have won a number of titles and accolades in multiple women’s sports as well. Their women’s basketball teams have won four regular season conference titles and three conference tournaments. They have also made it to the NCAA/AIAW Tournament four times. The women’s team has also got their hands on one WNIT championship.

Their women’s soccer program isn’t too far behind in terms of titles won either. They have been crowned regular season conference champions once and have got their hands on the conference tournament on four occasions. The women’s soccer teams have also made it to the NCAA Tournament four times. All of this has been achieved since the year 2002 which makes them one of the most consistent women’s soccer programs in the country today.
