Basketball

 

The Oklahoma State Cowboys made their way to the basketball court for the first time in the year 1908. Since then they have been able to win seventeen regular season conference championships and three Conference Tournaments. They have made it to the NCAA Tournament an impressive 25 times and won it twice.

 

Golf

Golf doesn’t lack too far behind in terms of the number of titles won by the Cowboys. The program is among the most successful in history. The Cowboys have gone on to make their way to the NCAA Championship 66 times. They have managed to get their hands on the national championship 10 times as well, most recent of which came in the year 2006. Men’s golf has also brought their way a very impressive 54 conference titles.

 

Legacy

The Oklahoma State Cowboys have a legacy that is very close to being unbelievable. Apart from the national and conference titles accumulated over the years, they have also produced sixty-eight athletes who have at some point in time gone on to compete in the Olympics.
