Representing the Eastern Conference in MLS, New York Red Bulls started its career in 1995. After being renamed twice, it finally settled on its current one in 2006 when the team was purchased by the energy drink Red Bull. For the first thirteen years the Red Bulls played its home games at the Giant Stadium and recorded some great statistics there.
