Luke Bryan – A Crossover Country Success
The journey from ‘an artist to watch’ to the ‘top country artist’ was a relatively short one for Luke Bryan. Hailing from a small town in Leesburg, Bryan was destined to be a star. He grew up on a farm and spent most of his time listening to country music. His parent’s music collection included works of the superstars like Alan Jackson, George Strait, Merle Haggard and Conway Twitty, and these musicians served as his early inspiration. Impersonating their style and arrangements, Luke Bryan learned guitar and was soon ready to entertain local crowd and gatherings. For better opportunities, in 2001 he moved to the country music capital, Nashville and started a formal career.
Initially Luke Bryan collaborated with other artists as a songwriter but soon landed a deal with the Capital Records. In 2007, he announced his entry into the industry with the Gold certified debut album, “I’ll Stay Me”. Bryan’s unique brand of traditional country earned him legions of fans and when he came out with his sophomore record, “Doin` My Thing”, he found even broader listeners. Luke Bryan managed to cement his place in the genre, earning accolades like ‘Best Solo Act’, ‘Artist of the Year’ and ‘Favorite Male Country Artist’. His 2011 release “Tailgates & Tanlines” added another hit into his repertoire and with 2013’s “Crash My Party”, Bryan has established himself among the most successful country artists.
Lee Brice – A Rising Star
Making his debut in 2007, music critics believe that the time has come for Lee Brice. Hard at work in building a career in country music, Brice has demonstrated great patience and a lot of maturity. His impressive sophomore release, “Hard 2 Love” not only clinched second spot on the charts but has also earned the artist a nomination at the 2014 Grammys. The single I Drive Your Truck has made it to the ‘Best Solo Performance’ category. He will soon be seen rocking the arenas around the US with the veteran musician, Luke Bryan and newbie, Cole Swindell.
Cole Swindell – An Artist to Watch
Already known for his songwriting skills, Cole Swindell has taken the first steps to establish himself as a singer as well. His 2013 released single Chillin` It has been declared a breakout hit, peaking on the Country Charts at number 12. He’s all set to release his debut record in 2014 and is currently looking forward to perform with Luke Bryan and Lee Brice at the most anticipated That's My Kind of Night Tour. Fans of country music have the concert dates on countdown as it promises to be an epic tour.
